A marine non-self-propelled pontoon, LR+100A1 «Pontoon» class, 9750 t deadweight is intended to transport deck cargo and offshore structures, and to provide the floating dock for maintenance.

The pontoon consists of twenty water ballast tanks and a pump house with the double bottom that is equipped with lighting, fuel and waste fuel system pipelines, and a hydraulically driven anchor winch.

Two diesel engines have ballast pumps, a hydraulic pump and a generator. There is a towing arrangement at the pontoon fore, and 12 knights are fitted on the deck for mooring. The pontoon hull is welded with three longitudinal and five transverse bulkheads made of grade А steel. Plating has got longitudinal framing system. The pontoon is painted with «Jotun» company materials. The vessel is provided with the anchor, 6 tons in weight. There are gas navigation lights fed from propane cylinders on the pontoon. A container of 1CC Type to store equipment is fitted on the deck.
The vessel construction conforms to the requirements of «International Convention on Load Marks», 1966, «International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea», 1978 and to the corresponding protocol, 1978, and also «International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea», 1972. The pontoon is constructed and tested according to requirements of Russian Federation standards under supervision of a Lloyd Register inspector. Inspection of the purchaser at the shipyard is allowed when constructing. Strapping gears are provided by agreement between the manufacturer and the purchaser.
