Working visit of the Indian Navy joint headquarters delegation headed by Vice Admiral, Director of Procurement and Production of Military Ships, Nadella Kumar, is coming to an end at Sevmash.

The Indian partners started the visit with inspection of the aircraft carrier Vikramaditya. Accompanied by Sevmash Director General Andrei Dyachkov, foreign military production managers Sergei Novosyolov and Georgy Zhukov, representatives of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, Rosoboronexport, Nevskoye Design Bureau, Mr. Kumar visited the ship’s conning room, flag bridge, aircraft command station, aircraft ammunition arsenal and hanger.

It was also of interest for the Vice Admiral to inspect the living quarters, captain's cabin, galley and officers’ mess rooms on the aircraft carrier.

The representatives of the joint headquarters of the Indian Ministry of Defence held several meetings with top managers of USC and Sevmash, listened to the reports of their colleagues – members of site team and had talks with Indian families, residing in Severodvinsk.
