Realization of the program «Building of houses for specialists, who provides fulfilling of state defensive order at enterprises of Severodvinsk in 2012-2018» was discussed at Sevmash.

In December Prime-Minister of the RF Vladimir Putin visited Sevmash and gave a commission to Head of Administration of Arkhangelsk region Ilya Mikhalchuk to create the program of  building of houses for shipbuilders. Problem of  waste of qualified personnel is planned to solve by building of houses. The program «Building of houses for specialists, who provides fulfilling of state defensive order at enterprises of Severodvinsk in 2012-2018» was worked out due to cooperation of  the enterprise, town and region.

Yesterday the meeting of the leadership of JSC «PO «Sevmash», JSC «CS «Zvyozdochka», JSC «SPO «Arctic», JSC «Jointed shipbuilding corporation», JSC «Agency of mortgage for building of houses», and also representatives of  town and regional administrations took part at the Centre of engineers and technical workers. «It is practically the first meeting, during which we have to discuss means of realization of the program. In other words, to create the road map for movement, – commented Director General of Sevmash Andrey Dyachkov. – We understand, that except demands there are also financial possibilities. So first of all it is necessary to define financial sources for the project».

As a version building not separate houses, but two micro-districts with nurseries, schools, magazines and centers of entertainment is planned. Representatives of Jointed shipbuilding corporation, the leadership of town, region and defensive enterprises promised to direct all powers for quick solving of this question.
