The ship «Sea Horse» with load approached to the off-shore ice-resistant fixed platform (OIFP)  «Prirazlomnaya».

The platform was arranged at the Pechora sea. To avoid washing away its base (caisson) is strengthened. Banquette from crushed stone and rubble will be laid around «Prirazlomnaya». Width of banquette is 25 m, height is 2,5 m. The under layer is 20-70 millimeters, the second layer is 300-400 millimeters. Stone was manufactured in Russia full gallops. It is transported and poured out by Belgium Company «Tideway».

At present time weight of the platform with water ballast is more than 415 thousand of tons. It provides protection from wind, storms and ice. First of all it is necessary to check all systems for work in Arctic.

According to the project «Prirazlomnaya» was equipped with «zero dumping». So the platform is safe for environment. Constant monitoring will be organized in district of its basing. Permissions of national and foreign organizations have been received. Ecological safety became one of elements of the project. For example, water is taken without depth of sea animals due to special arrangements.

As Deputy of Director General of JSC «PO «Sevmash» Valery Borodin said, control for caisson will be carried out during all period of work of the platform. The contract for building of «Prirazlomnaya» was signed by Sevmash and Sevmorneftgas in July 13, 2002. Then principal supplying of metal was begun. The term of its service is 25 years. But thickness of the caisson is five meters, thickness of steel is 42 millimeters. Experts  supposed, that real service will be more prolonged. In nearest days specialists of Sevmash will arrive at «Prirazlomnaya» for outfitting and checking of equipment.
