Group of Indian sailors finished learning Print

Specialists of crew of the ship of project no. 11430 received certificates after learning at Sevmash.

First part of crew consists of 152 people. According to the contract sailors and officers of the aircraft cruiser «Vikramaditya» are learned in Russia. They can give theoretical course in Military-navy academy and its branches in Saint-Petersburg and town of  Pushkin. Practice is organized at the ship, where Indian sailors will service.

Learning continued more than six months. It was finished for sailors, specialists on electricity (23 people) and systems of inner communication (19 people). Certificates of Ministry of Defence of Russia were delivered by Head of group of learning of  MTC production Nikolay Zhirkov in presence of Head of Warship overseen team R. Svaminatan and representative of JSC «Rosoboronexport» Stanislav Klimanov.

Now 122 people are learned in Saint-Petersburg. In November first groups of the second part will arrive at Sevmash. More than 1 000 members of crew of «Vikramaditya» will be learned to end of 2012.
