By the resolution of head of administration of Severodvinsk no.314 the title «Honorary citizen of Severodvinsk» was appropriated to:
• Kamay Izrail Lazarevich – former chief of workshop no.50 and SSP PO «North Machine-Building Enterprise», at the head of which the majority of NPS at PO «North Machine-Building Enterprise»were built
• Pushko Vasily Gavrilovich – chief of Town everyday union in 1964-1990
• Fokina Margarita Mikhailovna – chief of Severodvinsk group of fundamental building office of regional administration in 1968-1996
