By the decision of executive committee of Severodvinsk town council of people’s deputies no.228 the title «Honorary citizen of Severodvinsk» was appropriated to:
• Orlov Nikolay Grigorjevich – deputy of general director of PO «North Machine-Building Enterprise» since 1972 (in 1961-1972 – head of Town executive committee)
• Repin Valentin Alekseevich – leader of the brigade of locksmithers-assemblers of workshop No.55 of PO «North Machine-Building Enterprise», the Hero of the Socialistic Labour
