Under the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR PO SME has been awarded the Lenin Order for great merits in creation, trials and production of the new special technique, Chief engineer of PO SME A.I. Makarenko and Time-leader of prefabricators of the workshop no.7 A.T. Maksimov have received the title of the Hero of the Socialist Labour.
