Under the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR Locksmith-assembler of the workshop no.50 of the North machinery enterprise M.I. Titov has received the title of the Hero of the Socialist Labour for outstanding merits in carrying out of special tasks of the Government.
